Job Description - Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and drive B2B sales with companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential B2B clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies.
Present and promote our products effectively to clients and boost sales.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Language Skills: Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
Salary for Freshers: 10,000 to 20,000 per month.
Salary for Experienced Candidates: Based on experience and performance.

Incentives:
Freshers: Up to 2.5% of sales
Experienced Candidates: Up to 5% of sales (depending on order margins).

Working Hours and Benefits:
Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (6 days a week). Paid Leave: 20 days annually.

Candidate Preferences: Male candidates preferred.
Must possess a professional demeanour and a willingness to learn.
