You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase from www.glamex.in.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons beyond our control will not be eligible for a return.
